Organizations have realized that their growth is dependent on their people. With this being said, they are more aligned towards developing a team of people that are ready to be pitched in. And this is on a requirement basis; they are looking at team building on an everyday purpose. But this does not happen just like that. Designing the right and effective team requires time and efforts.
